The Role
You'll be a key part of our cross-functional team, partnering with Fidelity's external clients-large plan sponsors who administer their employee benefit programs with Fidelity. Here's what you'll do to support our clients as they make changes to, boost awareness and understanding of, and drive employee engagement in their benefit programs:
*Draft custom content across multimedia formats-print, web, video and social-for a variety of client campaigns.
*Oversee core processes to help support the implementation of communication deliverables, including legal/compliance review, email distribution to large employee audiences and print production.
*Manage multiple projects, timelines, and vendors with precision and flexibility.
*Collaborate across internal and external teams to ensure our clients' objectives are met and we deliver accurate, high-impact work.

Your skills and qualifications also include:
- Storytelling and creative briefs
- Project management
- General research and fact checking
- Data analysis and insight development
- Microsite content management system (CMS) entry
- Bachelor's degree (English, Marketing/Communications or related field preferred)
- 0-3 years of experience
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
