Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an AVP to join the Employee Experience team for a 12-month secondment to cover a parental leave.
The Employee Experience team is seeking an accomplished Employee Experience Partner that will play a central role in helping to implement, design and build key initiatives focused on strengthening and enhancing the employee experience at MCO globally.
Recognition (primary responsibility):
* Lead the continued rollout and engagement efforts with IM'PACT (particularly in light of monetary recognition launching in Q2);
* Be accountable for the change management efforts associated with the roll out of monetary recognition.
* Manage the recognition budget against actual spend and engage with key stakeholders to provide updates, create & execute action plans (and ultimately avoid overspending);
* Review data analytics and correlate back to the goals/ objectives of the company; create and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders to tell the story of how recognition is impacting our organization
* Support BAU recognition efforts around promotions and service anniversaries
Other Employee Experience projects where your support will be required:
* Support the advancement of the employee engagement/ employee listening strategy
* Conduct research on employee listening best practices, preparing presentations to highlight key trends and deliver insights to stakeholders
* Conduct deep dive analysis of engagement survey results and highlight key insights; create high quality visuals to tell a story from these insights and deliver to stakeholders
* Support the advancement and build out of an onboarding strategy
* Conduct internal/ external research and participate in building a business case for a best-in-class onboarding program for new joiners
* Generally, across all Employee Experience disciplines, act as a thought leader, conduct research, identify and share insights and key opportunities impacting culture and organizational effectiveness in the marketplace
About the team
The Employee Experience team, part of the Talent organization at Moody's, plays a crucial role in enhancing and strengthening the overall employee experience globally. This team is responsible for designing and implementing key initiatives that focus on employee recognition, engagement, and overall satisfaction. Some examples of this include the rollout and oversight of IM'PACT, administering and assessing the results of the Business Engagement Survey (BES) and the US Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey, as well as managing the US GTPW certification process.
Overall, the Employee Experience team is dedicated to fostering a positive and engaging work environment that supports the professional growth and well-being of all employees at Moody's.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $134,400 - $194,850, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a completion bonus. Moody's also offers insurance and a discounted employee stock purchase plan for limited duration employees.
