


Our global Financial client is seeking a Content Strategist/ Manager to join their team for the next 12 months, 40 hours/week (potential to extend and convert to FTE).
This role is fully onsite 5 days/week in Newark, DE, Columbus, OH, or Jersey City, NJ.
Role Summary
We are seeking a Content Strategist to support the Employee Experience team. This role focuses on optimizing self-service content for internal platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards, and enhancing the end-user experience. The strategist will lead a large-scale content migration from SharePoint to ServiceNow, including auditing, remediation, and taxonomy development.

Background in content management and information architecture
Experience in highly regulated industries
Familiarity with ServiceNow and digital asset management
Portfolio or work samples demonstrating strategic content work
Additional Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in content strategy and design
Experience with web, mobile, and conversational interfaces
Knowledge of content governance, accessibility, and compliance standards
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience with CMS and knowledge management systems
Ability to use data and user feedback to inform content decisions
Responsibilities
Audit and migrate content from SharePoint to ServiceNow
Develop and execute user-centered content strategies for internal platforms
Remediate existing content to align with brand and accessibility standards
Manage taxonomy and metadata to support search and navigation
Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and compliance teams
Own the voice of the end-user and ensure content meets their needs
Maintain and evolve content governance models and standards
Contribute to centralized content systems and community best practices
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
