Our entertainment client is seeking a Sr. Manager, Design & Product Design to support the Consumer Products business for Food, Beauty & Care. Reporting to the Senior Creative Director, you'll drive brand awareness and revenue through innovative product design. 

This is a hybrid role in Universal City, CA. Candidates must work onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. They'll have the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead design and approvals for Food, Beauty & Care products.
• Manage the product approval process and ensure brand excellence.
• Partner with licensees for best-in-class design execution.
• Develop trend boards and product pitches.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Drive product innovation and maintain industry knowledge.
• Support regional and global product reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 6+ years experience in Design and Product Development.
• Strong licensing and packaging design expertise.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Team player with a proactive approach.
