Aerospace-Redmond is a leader in precision sensor technology, engineering, and manufacturing. We provide a variety of Thermal Switch and Accelerometer products supporting tactical guidance, commercial aircraft navigation and down-hole energy exploration. Manufacturing uses clean-room technology.
The Product Manufacturing Engineer performs Manufacturing/Process Engineering duties in support of electro-mechanical based high performance product lines. Specific process knowledge desired for this role: product assembly, brazing, metal forming, welding, tooling, epoxy bonding, chemical processes, soldering, small-scale manufacturing equipment and high-volume product manufacturing.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and leading scrap reduction projects, improving process documentation, equipment selection and implementation, defining equipment maintenance requirements and cycle time reduction projects. He/she will work closely with Design Engineering to ensure designs and proposed manufacturing methods are acceptable for required production rates. He/she will also implement Statistical Process Controls on selected processes from development throughout production.

The annual base salary range for this position is $114100 - $142600. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations
YOU MUST HAVE
* Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Science, Manufacturing Engineering
* 5+ years of directly related experience (manufacturing engineering / high precision production)
